Text Export Wizard supports export to a plain text file or CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. Text file export is the most common type of translation data exchange. Text file contains translations of a single selected language only. The user can choose the export options manually, which allows this translation data file format to achieve a high level of compatibility.
In the Text Export Wizard, select the text file location. Choose character encoding from the drop down list. Click Next> to go to the next page.
In the Delimiters pane, select the delimiter symbol that will be used to separate data values. Click other to specify user defined symbol. Select the text qualifier from the drop-down list. By default, the text data is not wrapped in quotes. You can also set escape qualifier as Backslash or Double. The sample text is displayed below. Click Next> to go to the next page.
Select the values to export to text file. From the drop-down list, choose the appropriate data type and then click Add. To remove a value, click Remove. Click Finish to create the export file.
